Support for kiosk

How to request support when using kiosk:

  1. Open the Support menu
  2. Select Support
  3. Provide a Subject and Message detailing the issue that is occurring. If possible, describe the steps that you took immediately prior to this issue.
  4. Include your contact information, and then click Submit.
    A message is displayed to inform you that a support request email has been sent to the System Administrator.

Note that the requests are emailed to the System Administrator, as specified in System Options | Mail.
